What is saved when I save a Guided Report?
The saved record keeps the Guided Report input snapshot, the generated Report Snapshot, the generated title, and account ownership needed to show it in your private Workspace.
Workspace help
Private Workspace guidance for saved data, snapshots, support, and estimate-only boundaries.
The saved record keeps the Guided Report input snapshot, the generated Report Snapshot, the generated title, and account ownership needed to show it in your private Workspace.
No. Standalone calculator inputs are not saved by default. Saving starts from the Guided Report flow, after you choose to save the report to your account.
A Report Snapshot is the saved version of one generated Guided Report. It keeps the estimates, assumptions, warnings, sources, and questions from that saved moment.
No. Saved Report Snapshots are not automatically updated when rules, assumptions, or later reports change. Build and save a new Guided Report when you want a fresh snapshot.
They are private to the signed-in account that created them. They are not public pages and are not added to public navigation or the sitemap.
No. PropGain keeps analytics minimised and does not send addresses, listing URLs, notes, or exact financial values to analytics.
Open the relevant Report Snapshot to delete it. Open a Property Card to archive it. Deletion and archive actions affect Workspace records only; they do not change future reports you build.
No. The Workspace is estimate-only decision preparation, not financial, tax, legal, credit, conveyancing, property, or investment advice.
Review the numbers and assumptions with qualified professionals such as a broker, accountant, conveyancer or solicitor, buyer's agent, lender, and licensed adviser where relevant.
Use the feedback page for corrections and product feedback, or email PropGain for privacy and support questions. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive details.
A saved Guided Report keeps the accepted input snapshot and generated Report Snapshot so the Workspace can show the same estimates later. The saved snapshot stays fixed after saving; it is not recalculated after rule, source, or assumption changes.
Property Cards can include Report Snapshots, user-entered notes, checklist states, and optional property details such as address or listing URL. Keep sensitive personal information out of notes unless it is genuinely useful for your private review.
PropGain uses minimised product analytics for broad product signals, not exact private Workspace values. Addresses, listing URLs, notes, and exact financial values are not sent to analytics.
Account sign-in, hosting, database, and form providers may process data needed to run the service. Read the public privacy and data-handling page for the broader public policy context.
Deleting a Report Snapshot removes that saved snapshot from your active Workspace. Archiving a Property Card hides it from active review. Provider logs, backups, and security records may have separate retention windows.
PropGain helps organise numbers, assumptions, risks, and questions. It does not tell you what property to buy, sell, hold, finance, or choose.
Use the Workspace as preparation for conversations with qualified professionals before relying on any estimate or assumption.
